 "description": "Cette couche de données reprend les zones du territoire wallon ayant subis au moins un événement d'inondation historique significatif au sens de la Directive Inondation entre 1993 et 2016.La Directive 2007/60/CE, dite Directive Inondation (DI), fixe les dispositions relatives à l'évaluation et à la gestion des risques d'inondation. Elle requiert que chaque Etat membre réalise une évaluation préliminaire des risques d\u2019inondation (EPRI ou Preliminary Flood Risk Assessment - PFRA) au sein de son territoire. Cette évaluation préliminaire doit permettre d'identifier les zones à risque potentiel d'inondation en Wallonie et, partant, d'établir des plans de gestion des risques.L'EPRI se fonde entre autres sur les inondations historiques qui se sont déroulées en Wallonie, qui ont une réelle probabilité de se reproduire à l\u2019avenir et qui ont eu un impact significatif sur la santé humaine, l'environnement, le patrimoine culturel et l'activité économique au moment où elles se sont produites ou n\u2019en ont pas eu mais pourraient en avoir un si elles devaient à nouveau se produire (DI - Art. 4.2.b).Dès lors, les zones touchées par ces inondations historiques (par débordement ou ruissellement) ont fait l'objet d'une cartographie. Dans un soucis d'uniformisation de l'information spatiale, Les événement sont rapportés à l'échelle des bassins versants contributifs des secteurs PARIS (cf. généalogie). La couche de données résultantes \"PFRA - Past Events\" est polygonale où chaque multi-polygone représente un événement d'inondation. En attributs sont rapportées la date du début et de la fin de l'événement, son nom, le type d'inondation, etc.La couche de données indique que les 262 communes de la Wallonie ont toutes connu au moins un évènement d\u2019inondation sur leur territoire, entre 1993 et 2016, que ce soit par débordement de cours d\u2019eau ou par ruissellement. ",
